Located on Bicentennial Road, Katherine Speedway holds its season from around April to October each year.

The Speedway is a modern and safe facility that caters for a number of divisions and attracts drivers from Darwin, Tennant Creek and Kununurra. Local drivers take part in racing F500, AMCA, NT Sedans, Junior Sedans, Street Stocks and Dirt Karts.
