Darwin Speedway Riders & Drivers Association

The popular venue is located at the Hidden Valley Motorsports Complex, and since 1982 has been one of the motorsport disciplines sharing the 94-hectare site. The Complex is situated approximately 12 kilometres from the Darwin Central Business District area and is also within a 10-minute drive to Darwin’s International Airport.

Racing from May to September, the season climaxes with Chariots of Thunder, an internationally-regarded Sprintcar event that brings millions of dollars of economic activity to the Territory. The venue also hosts Wingless Sprints, Street Stocks, AMCA Nationals, Junor Sedans and Solo Motorcycles.
